1. Compliance with Philippine Data Privacy Act (RA 10173)

Chachi's Software Development Service is committed to protecting personal data in full compliance with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012), its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR), and National Privacy Commission (NPC) circulars.

• Data Collection & Purpose: Full Name, Email, Phone, Business Name, TIN, and BIR 2303 details collected strictly for software licensing, PayMongo tax invoicing, and customer support.
• Zero Selling of Data: We NEVER sell, trade, or share personal data to third-party advertisers.
• Third-Party Infrastructure: Data is processed via verified secure partners: PayMongo Gateway API (PCI-DSS Level 1) and Amazon Web Services / Google Cloud.

2. Data Subject Rights (Section 16, RA 10173)

3. Information Security Safeguards

All communication uses HTTPS / TLS 1.3 encryption. Passwords are hashed with Argon2id. Multi-tenant database isolation is enforced via PostgreSQL Row-Level Security (RLS). Payment processing is delegated entirely to PayMongo with HMAC SHA256 webhook verification.

4. Usage Agreement & Governing Law (RA 8792 & RA 10175)

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including the Electronic Commerce Act (RA 8792), Cybercrime Prevention Act (RA 10175), and the Civil Code of the Philippines. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the City of Koronadal, South Cotabato, Philippines.
