1. Information We Collect

Chachi's Software Development Service operates SaaS applications and mobile applications (including the Ordering App / NAM-NAM Storefront, Chachi HRIS, Chachi POS, Chachi Stay, and Chachi Dine). We collect information necessary to fulfill multi-store ordering, payment processing, and account management:

• Account Information: Name, business email, business address, and store settings provided upon registration.
• Transaction Data: Order items, table numbers, payment method selection, subtotal, and payment completion status processed via PayMongo or manual payment options.
• Device & Bluetooth Permissions: Bluetooth connection data strictly used for pairing on-site thermal receipt printers. Location permissions are requested solely as required by Android OS for Bluetooth LE discovery and are never logged or stored on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Data

Data is used exclusively to facilitate order taking, kitchen display workflow management, receipt generation, and transaction auditing. We do not sell or rent user data to third-party advertisers.

3. Data Security & Storage

Authentication tokens are stored securely in hardware-backed storage (iOS Keychain and Android KeyStore via FlutterSecureStorage). All server communication is encrypted using TLS 1.3/HTTPS. PostgreSQL data is isolated by store tenant identifiers.

4. Your Rights & Data Deletion

Store owners and staff members may request complete deletion of account credentials and operational history by contacting our privacy compliance officer at ChachiSoftware@gmail.com.
